กรณีไม่บรีฟขนาด canvas จะตั้งเป็น 210x297 mm (a4) หรือ 2048x2048 px (สี่เหลี่ยม), 300 dpi, rgb

แก้ไขฟรี 2 ครั้ง นอกนั้นบวก 10฿ ต่อครั้ง (ยกเว้นนักวาดอ่านบรีฟผิด)

สิทธิในเชิงพาณิชย์คูณ 2 จากราคาปกติ (สามารถอัปสิทธิ์ได้ตลอด)

นักวาดมีสิทธินำงานที่เสร็จไปใช้เป็นตัวอย่างงานหรือ portfolio (ถ้าไม่สะดวกสามารถตกลงกันได้)

ไม่อนุญาตให้นำงานไปเทรนด์ AI หรือทำ nft โดยเด็ดขาด

ห้ามแอบอ้างว่าเป็นผู้วาดโดยเด็ดขาด (รวมถึงงาน adoptable และ character design หรือ custom ก็ห้ามแอบอ้างว่าเป็นผู้วาดหรือผู้ออกแบบทั้งหมดเองเช่นกัน)

นักวาดมีสิทธิปฏิเสธงานที่ไม่ถนัดหรือเกินความสามารถ

หากมีการยกเลิกหลังจ่ายมัดจำจะไม่มีการคืนเงิน (หากนักวาดไม่มีความผิด)

หากไม่ทำตามข้อตกลงจะมีการขึ้น black list หรือปรับตามความเหมาะสม

2 free revisions are included. additional edits cost 10฿ ($0.50) per revision (unless it's the artist's fault)

for commercial use, the price will be x2 (usage rights can be upgraded at any time)

the artist retains the right to showcase completed works in their portfolio or as cms examples (if this is not acceptable, please discuss in advance)

strictly prohibited: using the artwork for ai training or nfts

strictly prohibited: claiming the artwork as your own (this includes adoptables, character designs, or customs which you may not claim full authorship or design)

the artist reserves the right to decline work that is beyond their skill set or comfort zone

if you cancel after paying the deposit, no refund will be given (unless it's the artist's fault)

failure to follow these terms may lead to blacklisting or a monetary fine
